Gently exercise the week’s stress away and strengthen your body while practicing the art of Tai Chi. Growing up in China, Meiling Jin attended Tai Chi classes all through public school. She will be teaching those same traditional moves while incorporating soothing, live music. This class is intended for adults of all experience levels. Water bottles and a snack will be provided.
This event is free to the public. Donations are welcome!
Participants should dress in comfortable workout attire.
