Gently exercise the week’s stress away and strengthen your body while practicing the art of Tai Chi. Growing up in China, Meiling attended Tai Chi classes all throughout public school. She will be teaching those very same moves, while incorporating soothing, live piano music. This class is intended for adults of all experience levels. Water bottles and a snack will be provided. Participants should dress in comfortable workout attire.
